3. For the above, try doing 'System Preferences > Sharing' in order to change the system name.
4. Then, change the disk name by changing 'TM Preferences > Change Disk ' This may take some time to list out the partitions and you can make the selection.
5. If you are facing any problem with backing-up to Time Capsule, then try creating a new network location and add/change the particular network interface, that you want to use for connecting the Time Machine.
6. If the above measures don't resolve the issue, you can try uploading the previous Time Capsule firmware. It may work.

The file system of Mac OS X volume is corrupted to an extent that 'Disk Utility' cannot fix it. Since 'Disk Utility' has been unable to fix the file system corruption, you need to run force repair by running fsck command from command-line. To do so, follow the steps mentioned underneath:
Access the command-line by starting up the computer in single-user mode
Once you reach the command-line, type the following command:
/sbin/fsck -fy
Press Return and the five phases of disk repair will start
Execute the above command repeatedly until the volume is reported OK
Type reboot and press Return
After the above steps, your Mac should boot normally. If it doesn't or fsck cannot repair the volume, the last resort is to erase the disk and install Mac OS X from scratch. However, to restore the lost data, you need to use your last taken backup. Mac OS X user finds it unfeasible to get required information from data backup. Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data Recovery 4.1 released

Stellar Information Systems has released Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data Recovery 4.1, which promises improved “quick recovery” results from Mac-based storage media.
The Quick Recovery option now supports recovery of files up to 4KB in Sparse Bundle Image. Also, in version 4.0, the software’s user interface hosts a Mac style find option that enables you to search a particular file.
Macintosh Data Recovery recovers lost or deleted data from HFS, HFS+, HFS Wrapper, and FAT file system volumes. Users can also take advantage of a boot DVD that can be employed in case of data recovery from unbootable Mac machines.
